Using the reviews is a flawed system. You, myself and @brosgw all agreed on that earlier.

If you consider (only in the positive reviews, I’m sure negative has a much higher percentage, however few they are compared to all the positive results) The peak complaint is for sure, crafting.

I have to ask. Did you read all 13,555 positive reviews? I doubt it. I would have to question how you came to that conclusion.
Second, why aren’t you looking at negative reviews?
Third. You have to keep in mind this is still only English speaking reviews.
Fourth, neutral reviews.
If I own a store that sells pancakes I can only sell so many items on the menu. If I want to read customer reviews on our strawberry pancakes to see if it’s worth keeping on the menu, and should maybe swap it for blueberry, I won’t JUST consider the negative ones. If people speak neutrally about the strawberry ones or don’t like to order it or are indifferent to it, it’s better for them as well to change that menu item.
The same goes for crafting.

Wow, someone liked your post immediately when it came out. They didn’t even read it lol.
First, I used the tool you gave me and narrowed the search to what results had any partial word of “craft”, within the positive results (484).
Second, I could, but what purpose would it serve? THere are 2,253 negative reviews with 175 mentioning crafting. Those 175 reviews that mention crafting would barely make 2% of the total reviews.
Third Mkay, are you recording everyone who talks about crafting in this forum in a different language?
Fourth: Examples of what is Nuetral:
“…With the latest patch crafting doesn’t come across as much of a chore for me, I kind of like it that I have something to grind towards for…”
(This second example is because he chose to give the game a 9/10)

There’s a few keywords you would need to combine and parse.
Kind of. People have to speak in English and translate it. There’s a number of people where English isn’t their first language.
I don’t care about individual cherry picked reviews. Just the deltas and sum totals. From your examples… I don’t think I trust how you interpret what is “neutral” vs positive and negative.

There’s no point. I’m done here and I propose a collective to just ignore him unless he has something productive to say from this point on.

… No? I’m sorry if you don’t understand how language works in that a criticism of the supplementary gear progression systems and reviews may not have everyone using the keyword “craft” in their review to discuss them. Like… This is elementary. I don’t know how I have to explain this to someone.
