Is the RNG gone? Or enough of it?

I don’t want to be some arbiter on this matter so I am going to let this be a matter of democracy. Do you think the RNG has been meaningfully mitigated enough that the components that have RNG are not enough of a barrier to warrant this an outstanding issue? poll I haven’t personally engaged much in the new system so I am currently abstaining. It seems fine on paper, random stat bars are… a nuisance but that’s all (to me). Reading other comments seems people can grind it out fast enough on d…
