KNOWN ISSUE: Penances Not Awarded After Disconnection/Crash, Despite Appearing in Steam Achievements
Issue Description:
I have played 7/7 mission types but the vantage point penance for sharpshooter has not been completed.
Steps to Reproduce:
I was playing the newly added map power matrix when I got a backend error. The achievements for completing all map objectives popped up and I unlocked the guardsman helmet. When I rebooted the game and got back into the server, I no longer had the helmet in my cosmetic tab and the quest is still greyed out despite being 7/7.

The penance says it is 7/7 but I do not have it done, therefore I do not have my hat which makes me very sad
I did the new repair mission when the servers started going down and when we finished it said I got the penance but when the servers came up I did not have my penance but it said 7/7 I tried to re do the mission but I still dont have it.

I completed the achievement “Vantage point” right before the server crash. Servers went down and I was booted out. When I’ve managed to log back in I have the achievement completed (7/7) but not… completed (rewards etc).

Issue Description:
I finished a mission and at the end screen, it showed that penance On Target (1) is complete, it even showed a reward then I was disconnected from the game by backend error and I have marked every other penance that is required to complete On Target but the game still did not process that penance.

The server disconnected me mid mission after completing a penance and getting the cosmetic and as a result when i reloaded into the game the penance was incompleted yet the achievement remains on my steam account.

Issue Description:
I got disconnected mid match (along with half of my team) and when we reconnected our AI had used some of our ammo. I was going for the Zealot ‘Up Close and Personal’ penance, and thought that it didn’t matter the AI used ammo because I hadn’t fired a shot nor would the entire match. When the match completed I did not receive the completed penance.

I don’t know why the posts here are displaying in such a bizarre order.
ANYWAY. I’ve been informed that in these cases unfortunately you will need to complete the criteria for the Penance once more, and then it will be awarded. It’s my understanding that we have no way around this at current.

Issue Description:
Completed the final mission for the ‘Vantage Point’ penance. Penance completion popped up in game, but once I returned to the lobby I received a backend error, and upon reconnection to the lobby the penance was at 7/7 but still incomplete.

Assassinate mission crashed out due to bad handshake. Penance Task “I’m in Charge” was completed during mission & recognized by Steam achievement. Upon reload after crash to character select, task was not recognized in-game.

Issue Description:
I completed the Buying Time penance while doing a Strike mission. Everything was fine until the servers crashed, at which point I loaded back in, and found that I’d actually lost the penance, but still have the Steam Achievement. I was wondering if there was any way to fix this aside from completing the penance again

That was the first thing I tried, did not work. If it works now, fair enough.
