Penance is Beat-'em-Up, completed criteria again and still not working.
I’ve definitely dodged more shots since hitting the penance criteria on this:
Probably played 20 matches since it hit 99.
Issue Description: Server crash as a mission that I completed a Penance on finished up. Logging in now I have 100% completion on the Penance but no rewards, and it’s marked incomplete.

I had just finished the Repair mission, last one for the Vantage Point penance to be done.
But the server died around we flew away in the valkyre / the “scoreboards”.
While on the Valkyre as the game finished I got that one (and other) Penances completed, as they appeared on the screen.
But seems like it’s bugged now due to the sudden blackout of the server.

Issue Description:
The “Inquisitorial Recruit” and “Mind over Matter” penances both have 7/7 objectives complete but the Penance was not awarded, and is instead listed as “Almost Done”. Completing additional missions does not award the Penance.
These penances were completed (and awarded, according to a popup) at the end of a repair mission, but the game froze and crashed at the post-game summary screen. When I logged back in, the requirements (complete 7 mission types) were complete, but the Penance hadn’t been awarded, and I seem to be unable to get the Penances.
Steps to Reproduce:

- Complete 6 different mission types to progress the “Inquistorial Recruit” penance.
- Complete the 7th mission type.
- Disconnect/Crash during the post-game summary screen after the penance completion popups appear.

Issue Description: Prior to the server maintenance on November 23rd, I reached Level 11 on my Veteran Sharpshooter and completed a couple Penances on the new Repair mission and new map. I then received a Backend Error at the mission reward screen, and was kicked out to the main menu. When I logged back in, I had been rolled back to Level 10, and the Penances I had completed were marked as incomplete, while simultaneously displaying that the objectives were met. Hitting Level 11 again did not resolve the issue

- Complete mission and level up/complete Penances in the process.
- Backend Error at post-mission rewards screen
- Completed Penances locked out, level roll-back

Issue Description:
My “Marked For Death” Penance was completed but I crashed in the post-game screen causing it to not register. I have the achievement on Steam but the Penance is now unobtainable. I have repeated the requirements multiple times just to be sure and have not completed it yet.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Complete the penance. In this case, landing 4 consecutive weak spot hits with a weapon’s secondary action during Volley Fire.
- Disconnect/Crash during the post-game screen after the penance completion popup had appeared in game.
- The penance now cannot ever be completed

Hi—I had a few penances relating to “complete one of every mission type” pop at the same time and be affected by this bug (Vantage Point, Inquisitorial Veteran, etc.), since the “Repair” type mission that became available this morning was the last one I had to do. Since then, I’ve run both that mission and others; other penances have progressed correctly, but the bugged ones from this morning have still not updated.
Does this mean that I’m going to have to complete every mission type over again for those penances to pop?
Im in the same boat, needed the repair type mission and all bugged on finish, would like to know the answer to this as well.

same issue finished some important penances and then the server crashed and now they are stuck even after I complete them again

Issue Description
During the earlier server crash, I was playing the repair mission and when the mission finished both Praise the God Emperor and Sainted Path(1) penance was obtained. However, during the end screen the server crashed and when I relog I have obtained the portrait frame but the helmet cosmetic was not obtained.
Issue Description 2
After the servers came back online, all of Sainted Path(1) requirements was met. However I have still not received the helmet cosmetic. I rerun the repair mission again in hopes of obtaining Praise the God Emperor again, However Praise the God Emperor has progressed to **Praise the God Emperor(2).

Still experiencing the same issue I reported 3 hours ago, now I have done the repair mission 3 times still no helmet was given to me.
Same game missions complete and no helmet and no penance completion.
