KNOWN ISSUE: failed_joining_lobby / Error Code: 3001

Did this error start suddenly, and have you been able to play normally prior to this, or are you new to Darktide?

Hi, I’ve actually been playing pretty much since release last year.

The error did start suddenly, I kept getting it until I gave up and left it for a few hours.

I’ve gotten pretty much every error code or crash, and I wouldn’t even be able to say with certainty if I got this one in particular, but it did occur 3 days ago when I made the post, I tried restarting my computer and not much else. I pretty assumed it had to be a server issue.

A few hours after the post, I went back and game ran just fine.

Straight up cannot join right now. I don’t have anything else to do, and I just want to play this unfinished broken mess of a game.

We’re looking in to it. Please include any recent console logs to support our investigation. Thank you!

I’m also gonna keep posting on this thread rather than creating new ones. For instance, today I tried to log-in, and got the 3001 again. That gives no report, so I’m just posting here. I’ll go finish Dead by Daylight’s gamepass right now. Ugh…haha

That’s kinda private, man.

I’m connecting from my house, on a desktop computer, using an ethernet cable, provided by Telnor here in Tijuana (West Coast).

So the Mexico then.
And Telnor.

It’s about isolating the issue, nothing else. :3

3001 is getting worse.

It use to do it 3 times, than 5 than it went to 10, now it wont even let me in.

WTF is going on?

Just to reiterate we are very much aware and looking in to the sudden influx of new errors.

It would be appreciated if those impacted could upload their most recent console logs to support our investigation!

If you’re willing to, please also let us know which part of the world you’re playing from in addition to the name of your ISP.

NOTE: I opened Steam this morning and Steam did a cloud sync update for Darktide. When I attempted to load into the Mourningstar, with my Skullbreaker, I was able to successfully login.

Oh, wow. Fatsarks only started doing something when it hit lots of players. While some players cannot play for fragging months now. Disgusting.

Also, previously I had the same problem, but changing graphics to lowest somehow helped.
