Issue Description:
Error 3013 when trying to launch any mission, impossible to play the game since I installed it
Game is allowed through firewall OR firewall completely shut down
DNS was flushed (as per other thread here Error 3013 when departing to mission)
PC and Steam restarted
File integrity was checked
Other players are otherwise visible and moving around the lobby area
Sure, here are the five last ones, they should be all fairly similar as it was only attemps to try playing at various hours yesterday and one attempt just now.
Issue Description:
I moved to France from Malaysia about 3 weeks ago and when I connected to play here, initially got Error 4008 when attempting to join a game, saying I need to reconnect to an ongoing session when I am not in one and standing in front/selecting from the mission hub. Assuming it was a region change and/or steam back end problem 2 weeks ago, I waited till I get fully settled down until I was able to get a local payment set and swapped region to France on Steam. I was optimistic, and now itās Error 3013, still the same āReconnect to ongoing sessionā pop-up appeared. 736 hours of constant support and faith in this game since closed beta even amongst the negativity from community and this? Verified integrity, turn on/off Firewall still the same results. Extremely disappointedā¦

My initial concern here would be that it was still attempting to make a connection with the nearest server to Malaysia, but that doesnāt seem to be the case. Itās attempting to establish a connection to nearby servers as expected.
Our Backend Engineers are out at the moment, so Iām not able to query this with them right now unfortunately. But in the mean time, could you try clearing your DNS?:
Issue Description:
I canāt launch a mission when iām using my 4g network on my computer. Wasnāt much of a problem before, because i could connect on wi-fi (i always had this problem), but now iām in a position where itās my only option and iāve tried everything to solve it to no avail.
So, i can connect to the game, launch a character, enter the lobby, select a mission, but when the server find me a game, i get kicked out with the 3013 error saying that " Youāre already in a game session. Please reconnect". I donāt understand why. I have friends who play with 4g network and it works just fine. Is there a parameter i need to configure ?
Do you mean the provider ? Itās Free Mobile.
For info, i tried switching to IPV6, clearing my DNS and connecting via USB (of course reseting and restarting everything multiple times).

I will bring this up with our Backend Engineer in case thereās any correlation between this error and it being a mobile network. Unfortunately heās on vacation until Monday, but Iāll speak with him then!
It happened to me before then it was fixed when one of the big patches went out then fine for the hot fix for a little bit. Then its happened to me as well again but small difference is that the game connection to the servers is slow and will effect gamesplay test my connection and i can play other multi-player games fine. I love this game when i get to play it and say stay strong they will fix it one day
Do you guys have a roadmap or any indication how long it could take to fix this?
Like, how high in the priority list is it for the developers or is it just something in the backlog that will be done one day eventually?
Those answers are imporant for me to know if I want to get a refund or wait.
I mean, weāre not talking about just a bug where the game crashes maybe once or something but about an issue that makes the game literally unplayable.

Regrettably, we are still working on this. Iām happy to help with a refund should you rather take that option, as I understand Darktide has been unplayable for you.
Appreciate the offer, but itās uncommon for me to get hooked onto a game that I could still enjoy after hundreds of hours and excitingly look forward to more sessions albeit the repetitive nature at the current state. Also I donāt think itās fair to get a refund after 740 hours of playtime, some paid cosmetics, and it would suck to watch those mountain of progress go down the drain for a measly refund. I want to slay more heretics and for me, this game captures that satisfyingly.
