We are aware that some players are currently experiencing an issue with Cataclysm difficulty being locked when it shouldn’t be, and some progression may be appearing incorrect/missing.

Okri’s Challenges
Since the patch today random weaves show as not completed. Also I got a random popup for the “dodge a hookrat” enemy challenge when I had already completed it.
also I had 95 mission completions as Shade now I have 59.

[PC] Heads up, players, there was a severe issue with the patch this morning that resulted in loss of progression in some players, caused by interacting with the Daily and/or Weekly missions.The issue is fixed now, so it is now safe to interact with those. But any players already affected by the issue will still have lost said progression. We’re looking into what we can do for those players. Apologies for the inconvenience, will update more as we find out more.
just logged in again and mission completions on shade are now 35. Very weird!

Good evening. I’d like to report a number of related issues around progression since the patch, please. There are too many individual instances to report, but the essential problem is that some of my Helmgart completions have been ‘forgotten’ by the system, seemingly at random. Some of these were from directly before the patch, but others were from some time previous.
I also seem to have inconsistently lost some achievements. For example, I had previously logged all Helmgart missions on Legendary as Grail Knight. Two of these have been ‘forgotten’ and I have lost the concomitant achievement. However, I had also logged every Helmgart mission on Champion as Foot Knight, and a number have been forgotten, but I still have the achievement and concomitant skin. Please see the screenshot - the game recognises that I have the achievement, but no longer that I have completed all the missions required to achieve it.
I have also lost some progress on collecting ravaged art.

DLC Issue
I own all DLCs for Vermintide 2, since the last patch yesterday, the following is happening:

Same issue here. All Campaign Maps (and expeditions in Chaos Wastes) that require to be unlocked are now locked again. Same goes for Cataclysm difficulty. It says I have to beat all Lords in Helmgart again.
But most nerve-racking thing for me is the progression reset on some of Okri’s Challenges, especially the hat challenges (complete 100 games with each career on legend or above). In the current state I lost over 300 games of progress throughout 8 careers.
I will wait with playing until further notice of this issue since I already see I’m not the only one with this problem.
I’m also someone who unknowingly lost my progress due to claiming a daily before they patched out the issue.
My level progression and Cata clears have been wiped for half the levels and I no longer have access to weaves/Fortune’s of War/Cata difficulty due to the regressed progression.
My Okri’s Challenges progression has also “technically” been lost as well. While in the lobby they say they’re done I’ve completed multiple challenges that I’ve unlocked way before. The only one I remember was “Wizard Whacker” but I know for a fact I’ve completed multiple other challenges that have been completed in the past.
My biggest thing for me is that I realized this issue way too late and yesterday I cashed in ~100 loot boxes I had saved up. I worry I might lose all of that if a rollback does occur.
Other than that I’m in the same boat as many other players.
Issue Type (Required): Progression reset throughout the majority of PVE content and locked Cataclysm difficulty.
Issue Description (Required): I am experiencing a significant issue where my game progress has been reset across the entire campaign and other pve aspects like weaves following the release of the new PvP patch. This problem mirrors the experience of other players as highlighted in similar reports. Despite having dedicated over 3500 hours to Vermintide 2 and completing all of the original PvE content available, my progression has been erased, and Cataclysm difficulty is now locked for me. This is highly frustrating, as I invested substantial time and effort to beat the game’s most challenging content, only to have my achievements rendered void.

Same happened to me, I think the funniest part is it still somewhat registers you’ve done it.
I would post the rest of the challenges completed in Okri’s book but I think the point is made, at least it gives me some goals to do again if it can’t be fixed.
…or maybe some shillings / the versus currency if it can’t cough cough… c;
I do miss my banners
I’ve been experiencing the same issue, I recently brought the few missions I still hadn’t done to Legend difficulty and now most of my progression is gone which is very annoying.

Are you able to determine which players are affected by this via your own data/tools or will you be relying on players to reach out to you to determine who is affected? I ask because I did not interact with the daily or weekly quests yet I am affected.
@wesleyshaver that’s concerning! we have identified all players affected - or at least all players we believe to be! Could you please provide your Steam profile URL e.g. https://steamcommunity.com/id/FatsharkLev/ so I can verify if you’re captured in this data?

Ah, so you did! I missed that sorry. Thanks for providing again! We checked your account data and it shows 4 quests claimed on Wedsnesday - so you are definitely included in the data we have. Hopefully we’ll have more information to share regarding this soon.
