I hope this activity lasts for 6 weeks, and the reward content of the first week will be repeated again in the sixth week to prevent players who did not see this activity and lost progress from obtaining it again.
@fituncle, I understand you’re concerned - but it’s safe to continue playing and participate in the event. If it wasn’t, we would have communicated this immediately and given a warning for affected players to not play on their accounts during this time.
A small section of account data was lost in the recent issue with 6.0.0 update, but it’s fine to continue playing as the missing data (whether restored by a data backup from our backend service provider, or rebuilt by us depending on how it plays out) will be merged with your current account data to keep any recent progress.
Thank you for your reply, but we missed the first week’s event. Can we restart Kerilian’s hero pose and portrait frame activity again? I have always been a loyal player of yours and have even played this game for over 1600 hours. I don’t want to lose any limited time rewards, please.
Your dedication and time played is impressive and truly appreciated! I understand your disappointment in missing the first week’s time-limited rewards. Unfortunately, the weekly spotlight event is designed to run for a fixed duration of 5 weeks and won’t be restarted.
Though I can’t make any guarantees, past limited-time rewards can make reappearances during our Gifts of the Wolf-Father event, or perhaps the event store when it returns in future. However, as these are new rewards they are unlikely to reappear too soon.
