Not receiving Hero Portrait Frames for completing Chaos Wastes

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but I’ve completed Chaos Wastes on Cataclysm difficulty on all heroes except Saltz without getting the reward(s).

Of course, I’m in no particular rush. I did Kerillians cataclysm run a few days ago and Krubers last night and noticed that neither of the runs registered the completion.
