Now apparently Cata is locked and I can’t play despite having the DLC owned for a very long time. Now I wasn’t affected by the bug after the Versus release. A week after Versus release I still had Cata unlock so nothing over there. However, just a couple of days ago with the recent hotfix update that came out I wanted to play on Cata but then suddenly I was locked out of Cata as it kept saying “The party does not meet requirement” even though I already own the DLC. Restarting did not work. I was told to finish one of the lords on Legend difficulty to re-unlock it but that did not happen. I still have Cataclysm locked

I cleared all sub-lords (base ones except Rasknit) before mine re-unlocked.
Fat burbon sorcerer was the third, not sure if that makes any difference or not.
Hm, this is unusual if you were not affected by the data issue, and we re-unlocked Cataclysm recently for anyone that was.
I’ve asked for one of our backend developers to take a look at your account. I’ll let you know once I’ve heard back from them!

It’s either a hit or miss. Even if I cleared all the sub-lords’ levels, I would probably still have it locked. That will be a lot of time consuming and painful just to do all of them.

Hi @Bloodhunter apologies for the wait. Our backend developers are very busy so it took a while for them to get to the request.
We’re not entirely sure what happened so we’ll need to investigate the cause. However, they have now re-unlocked Cataclysm for you - sorry about that.
