Cataclysm still requires DLC

Issue Description (Required):

When trying to host a cataclysm game with friends who don’t own the DLC, contrary to what the patch notes say, it can’t be done, and the popup states that they do not have the required DLC.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Get a friend without the WoM to join the host, who does have the DLC.
  2. Attempt to start a cataclysm difficulty game.
    Alternatively
  3. Start a lobby with a cataclysm difficulty game selected, but before entering the bridge of shadows.
  4. Get a friend without the DLC to join.
    Alternatively
  5. Start a mission on cataclysm difficulty.
  6. Get a friend without the DLC to join.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
