NONE of my 30’s (any character) have anything unlocked/transferred. I read ALL the notes/articles, etc. watched the Videos, and clearly something is
“NOT WORKING AS INTEND”
I have a couple random weapons that on a couple character, oddly ones I likley rarely/never used coming up, with a couple points in them. That’s it. Everything else is a clean slate; like I’m starting a level 1 character.
Now unless I’m a total moron, that’s not what I watched happen you your tutorial or read in the articles. I can start throwing in quotes and putting in links if need be…
It doesn’t even make sense to get to 30 and have nothing unlocked!! Especially on all your mainly used weapons.
How is that even REMOTELY the issue… it’s not a visual bug.
There’s nothing there. I can log in and out till I’m blue in the face and it doesn’t resolve. I can verify files, nothing changes “IF THE POINTS DON’T EXIST”.
Something didn’t transfer in my account… Every single one of my characters is like this!
Sorry, coming from the Steam forums and Discord which are very toxic and unhelpful and I’m getting a bit frustrated; nothing against you.
For any other account we’ve looked at reporting this issue, we have seen that the account appears to have the correct Masteries/Blessings in our backend, but the UI is not updating accordingly, which is what I can only suspect is happening here! If you share the URL to your Steam profile with us, I’ll ask our Backend Engineer to look in to it.
Also, as another note, I have sacrificed several weapons and built weapons then sacrificed them to see if it “changed” anything in the “UI” and it didn’t. No points, no blessings.
So, I wasted resources also.
Other than the obvious fact that if I had started from zero and started sacrificing weapons, that exp was added was added obviously.
Hello! We’ve checked the extracted Blessings and the amount of XP given is as expected. To clarify, the level of the operative, or amount you played with a weapon prior to the update does not have an impact.
EDIT - You know what, below is what I was what I had to say, but I have realized, I could actually care less at this point and have wasted hours of my life trying to continue with your now “improved” game when I have a million other games I haven’t even touched and others I’m “already having fun with” and NO HASSLE like, OH Space Marine 2 and new expansions about to drop on others… I did genuinely enjoy the game. GL in the future.
Maybe take a little less vacation time.
So you’re telling me, with MAX (level 4’s) blessing across every character, they all extracted into nothing? Into a couple random level 1 points on weapons I never used? I watched YOUR videos and read YOUR articles on how the transfer process would work.
Other people almost maxed out even in area’s out of their own mouths, they don’t think they should have.

I’m trying to be nice about this, but we both know this is a bunch of crap.
I think we better “figure something out” because I’m not going stuck with a BUG from your side that your back-end doesn’t want to be bothered solving.
To be clear, if we don’t resolve this and I’ve been “very patient now…” I’m going to go directly to Steam and “other outlets” with the “clear proof” that a mistake was made and you are unwilling to do anything about it.
I don’t think anyone going to look and say “OH, he had 100’s of hours played with no progression on any character”.
Not going to be a good look. Nothing against you Julia… Let’s just get this done please.
I think what’s being said is that everything you (should have) unlocked is still there, unlocks and all, but your User Interface doesn’t get the message.
The question is: Can you change a blessing on one of your weapons to another one, even if everything you could select is greyed out? Or does it actually lock you out?
(actually curious there, depends on how its coded).
The problem is… I don’t have any points in any of those skills, to have any blessing…
I haven’t even tried to start moving things around because i didn’t want to “change” too many things so they wouldn’t be able to go in and say “well look, you did xxx”.
I really shouldn’t have even sacrificed any weapons to put points in a couple skills; I only did that as an experiment to see if it was the “UI” as they kept saying.
My Og is the only one that has much of anything above level 0…
Thank you for trying to help, but I edited my post… I give up. It doesn’t matter at this point. I used to defend companies like FS, Blizz, etc… all the companies that used to “get a bad rap” because people just wanted to cry foul about petty things like "story-lines they didn’t like or “changes” they didn’t agree with. Yea I’m done with that. Companies can’t even release decent products/patches/updates anymore.
That’s just the Zealot… some points came from me sacrificing trying to figure out what was going on… I also obviously have curios I could have shown but you get the picture… what exactly am I missing…
So, did I have no previously collected tier 4 blessings (or any blessing)? I mean, one of my weaps clearly shows one that there’s nothing in the category for it (both would, but I sac’d into one…) Just because I didn’t always apply (waiting for a better weapons, not wanting to waste resources) doesn’t mean I didn’t have the highest level blessings (or any)!
Just trying to get everyone on the same page for my own sanity.
Yea, everything was at tier 4… maybe I missed something here or there, had been a while since I logged in, but I sure didn’t have NOTHING.
And this is across ALL my characters… My Og actually has a couple things that are a little higher level… a few that were maybe up to like level 3-4, but the other classes were all mainly 0’s (after “update”).
I remember last time I played just selling crap off because there were no more blessing to unlock off them.
Are you launching the game with mods on? If yes try without to see if masteries update.
I had similar issues with masteries when update launched and a simple game restart fixed the issue.
I wonder if verifing file integrity could fix the UI if it’s UI issue.
I’ve never used a mod (ever in this game) and I’ve tried everything from a complete reinstall to a million file checks, to everything else suggested.
They’re acknowledged things didn’t transfer on their end (FINALLY) but still don’t seem to be doing anything about it… so who knows. They literally issued a TINY little sentence at the end of the last patch. Will probably never get a fixed character. Sure as s**t am not going to grind out dozens, hundreds, whatever point it was at when we starting earning blessings, of lost hours again. Or spend everything I have to get a fraction of them back across all characters.
Just not that interested. It’d just be nice to know they did something.
