Got all the blessings before the update, but lost many of them thereafter

Got All MY 1,214 blessings collected before this update, but now I found many my frequently used weapons are short of mastery points to claim all blessings.
I spent 3000hrs to collect all this blessings for every single weapon and I even make a post on my community to celebrate it .
But after the update, I was told my friend who got into the game a little bit earlier (right before you FIX and SUSPEDN the system) that he get all the mastery points for all weapons, even he havent collect many of them before.
On the other hand , Im short of mastery points even for those weapons I frequently used.
DO FIX THIS ISSUE, PLZ!
