So if I understand this correctly, if we had all the blessings for a weapon that was supposed to give us maximum mastery levels.
I had ALL of the ogryn weapon blessings and made sure that I did for anticipation of this update.
When it dropped, the highest mastery level I had was 17, and many were much lower than that.
Im not sure if I misunderstood how the system works, if there is a bug, or if the system was changed.
Unfortunately this led to me burning through most of my materials to max the mastery out again.
So when I went to the next character, psyker, I knew I didnt have all the blessings and would need to work on them.
But then was suprised to see that some weapons I had literally never used had mastery levels, and weapons that I used frequently and had a decent amount of blessings for were quite low.
I havent looked at veteran or zealot yet, because I strongly suspect something isnt quite working right.
Can someone please advise? I would greatly appreciate it.
