Rather then then mid difficulties, I rather have one more above Damnation (like how in V2 they added Cataclysm). When you start doing consistent runs on Damnation, and realise that your items still have trash blessings and things will only get easier, you want something more challenging to look forward to once you can min max gear. Not to mention possibility of better weapons in the future.
