1)New maps
2)Either a Deeds rework or build onto CW. Work on what is already here not another stupid game mode.
3)New weapon illusions for weapons in the Emporium
0)Give us the weave illusions already. This shouldn’t be on anyone’s list and I reserve the right to not be happy when we get them because this should already be done. If it gets to August it’ll be 3 years. Gross.
1st Balance updates, careerwise n weaponwise at first.
2nd Would love to see new maps for the base gamemode. Could be just me but i’d like more maps like in cw, the ones that have changing paths much like fort brechenburge. Or even modifications to older maps to spice em up in that way.
3rd something done with the weaves. There already are some good suggestions like removing all but the first 40 weaves plus the ranked board and just adding an option to pick a difficulty.
4th Would love to see a crafting system overhaul. Athanor was a fun system and would love to see it implimented as a base gamemode feature in someway.
And to add to the crafting, Deed crafting, simple as that.
6th Aaand ofcourse Siennas new career, i dont mind waiting for it as long as its properly designed n made without too much of a rush.
Make WP’s ult staggering hooks
-Moonbow/jav balance
-Hats adapting the main color
-Nerf Illusionist grudge mark
-Nerf Minotaur
-More ammos to non-sniping weapons
-Weapon Illusions in yellow (myrmidia) + weaves illusions as rewards for some reach point in weaves mode
More than anything in this game I want more VT1 maps ported over like L4D. Don’t even need a story excuse, just frame them as memories or dreams from the U5 or something, just let me play ram the manparts and wizard tower again.
Willing to accept points to the contrary but the amount of voice acting going into this game would present some pretty substantial challenges in carrying a new character into all the previous levels. You’d likely see Lustria map pack with new enemies before skink. And at that point it has to compete against orcs.
That said Fashark announces any of this and I’d be super excited.
What I want is Sienna’s new career as well as new maps and perhaps new enemies as well, in particular for the Beastmen as well as the Skaven. The game is after all called “Vermintide” so I’d be perfectly happy if the Skaven were more fleshed out than their allied factions.
In terms of new maps, I wouldn’t mind entirely new missions added into the campaign rotation. Since the Vampire Counts might side with Chaos. I think it’d be awesome if they added some zombie and skeleton undead with some vampire, or necromancer bosses. Maybe a Heinrich Kemmler themed undead faction that could also appear in the campaign missions alongside Skaven as the Beastmen do after you get Winds of Magic; this would particularly suit Castle Drachenfells since it has the undead vibe. Even if it’s only one new mission like Dark Omens focused on an Undead threat, I’d be down.
Now sure how lore friendly a pact between the vampires and Chaos would be. Between Skaven and the vampires I see no problem, but the presence of Chaos would likely be a deterrent for the vampires as they are, to my knowledge, anathema to Chaos and Chaos is anathema to them.
In the End Time there is Nameless/Drachenfels who joined Chaos and mostly Nurgle, resurrecting Isabella Von Carstein and making a Greay Unclean One possess her
Its true that there’s some connection between human necromancers and the Chaos gods, see also Kemmler, but that’s a bit different than vampires as vampires are themselves undead while human necromancers are not. And I don’t recall Drachenfels becoming a vampire at any point.
And like you said, as I’m not to well versed in the End Times lore, Isabella was resurrected to have a Daemon possess her. She wouldn’t have joined with Nurgle as a free willed vampire.
The Deeds rework / overhaul. Make it easier to play any deed modifier we want and allow others to join ongoing deed matches (i.e., have an actual deed matchmaking system). Fatshark themselves have stated that “the current state of Deeds isn’t something we’re entirely happy with” and that a deed rework is planned (since 2018):
The current state of Deeds isn’t something we’re entirely happy with. We’d love to take another crack at it - and we’ve prototyped some new ideas internally.
We don’t want to just make band-aid fixes to Deeds, so we’re planning on making a larger overhaul on how they work, how you acquire them, and how you’re awarded by playing them.
I want to be clear, however, that since we’ve got our hands full right now, Deeds 2.0 are pretty far down the backlog. We are not currently working on it, and there will be no changes for the anniversary update.
We’ve made some internal prototypes for new deeds systems, and updated crafting. We’re still evaluating that. We haven’t set a hard release plan for either.
Yes, what we’re wanting to adress is making deeds more available to players, having working matchmaking, and fun rewards matching the challenge level of deeds.
I can tell you that we’re currently doing a pass on Deeds in the office. We’re trying to get them working a little better under the hood - so we can join a game in progress with deeds on, and it’s properly synchronized with clients. That’s currently not possible, so that means you have to gather your party in the Keep, before setting out.
We have a few more types of Deeds in the works, as well as some other new fun twists…
