We have today discovered the “high intensity gauntlet” which is without doubt as of now the highest difficulty the game can give us (when played in lvl 5 - damnation). Only problem is that the availability of this condition is randomised. Like, today, we had 3-4 consecutive missions that contained this, and then it went back to low intensity, and we couldn’t try hard on “high intensity gauntlet” anymore. Therefore, I think at least one of those missions should be available at all times at damnation level. We should be able to try hard on this, chain missions with this difficulty. Try, fail, retry and so on. High intensity without the gauntlet modifier is too easy for those who have mastered the game, and was already a problem because even this difficulty wasn’t available at all times.
I will be opening a thread which I will update with play sessions ruined by double low int.
Every time I get this situation where I log in, see this, and don’t want to play, I will make a post.
Wiping on hi-intensity shock troops, and then only having low-int missions available afterwards, almost feels like an insult. It’s like the game is saying, nope sorry you’re done, you lost, no more tries for you lol
@FatsharkCatfish yet another topic about how people want to pick what they want to play regarding level/difficulty/conditions. Would be good to hear on the next comms update if this is something that is going to be looked at because this is becoming one of the most overwhelming pieces of feedback alongside the locks in crafting and shared resources.
Every evening me and my friends lock in, just to lock out again or split up to private duo some map because there’s no HI gauntlet available and everything below is too boring -.-
