Unable to interact with chat

Issue Description:

Unable to see chat messages or interact with chat (4G mobile data).

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch game using 4G mobile data internet access
  2. Join Mourningstar
  3. Attempt to open chat by pressing enter
  4. Get a chat window without the “joined the mourningstar” message
  5. Chat window remains empty (not possible to submit or receive text message)

Fix:

  1. Launch game using modem/livebox internet access
  2. Join Mourningstar
  3. Attempt to open chat by pressing enter
  4. Switch internet connexion to 4G mobile data
  5. Get sent back to character selection (error 9999)
  6. Select character
  7. Get loading screen
  8. Receive error message at the end of loading (error 9999)
  9. Join the Mourningstar nonetheless
  10. Interact with chat normally

You will be unable to interact with chat again if you enter the psykhanium.

I have the same issue, and my only internet connexion is a 4G Box. Isn’t there any solution or update about this ?

chat function disappeared for me completely AGAIN a few days ago, nothing’s changed, tried restart, reconnect, everything. quite hard to communicate certain things without it.
