ISSUE: Chat box not working when using shared internet connexion from an iPhone

Issue Description:
When using Shared internet connexion from a smartphone 4G, the chat box is all black and empty and not working. I use a shared connexion to get a steady one because my kids bring the wired connexion to its knees but when I do I am unable to communicate with the team.
