Error 9999 returns! 13 threads crashes the game

Error 9999 is todays fun bug for me and 13 threads always crashes the game before the character screen, 12 threads crashes the game when selecting a a character, 14 threads doesn’t crash so far but error 9999 prevents me from getting into a server cant upload the console logs, forum gives error
