Not sure what you want me to say since I said this:
referring to starting off as rejects aboard the Mourningstar
Actually yeah, that’s a really good point
You don’t need to say anything. You’re among the GOAT’s and we appreciate you!
I hope you aren’t studying too hard.

School starts in September and I get my research position in August! I’ve had some interviews for some positions just to put my feelers out, but for now, enjoying the extra time!
…Sounds like someone is jealous. Just a bit. KEKW This is the work life balance everyone wants…but when someone else takes that balance…They get judged harshly or treated like crap. I feel like the game would be better off without people such as you.
You…know it’s…really annoying when…you…type…like…this…with ellipses inappropriately ever…ywhere.
And yes, I think most people would be thrilled to be paid to do literally nothing.
… okay…
This is part of our normal daily vocabulary where I’m from.
I’ll pitch it to our predominantly Swedish marketing team.
Fingers crossed! Although I have a feeling HR will send something like this instead:
and a bonus:
Wait a minute…
You’re one of us?
Yet another cult commonwealth W
You know we’re going to have to build a bigger clubhouse if this keeps up.
Hahah I’m not sure if you mean English or Australian because we share an equal love for swearing! I’m from South London originally (I know, I know).
Surely you mean “Saaaaf Lund’n”
I’m Australian but most major Commonwealth countries love to use the C-word… with the exception being Canadians for whatever reason.
Maybe it doesn’t fit into their politeness regimen?
I’m from West Mackay originally.
French influence… I’m sure of it!
But it is, becauae the whole “Oh that’s just what they call us in-game” bit only functions when the people being marketed to have their disbelief suspended, and that isn’t the case when Fatshark is in such poor standing with everybody here. Otherwise you’re getting called whatever you get called out of the context of the game.
And, out of the context of the game, getting called Rejects kinda sucks.
I’m nowhere near as bothered as Asuka about all of this, but I can see their point. “Rejects” is, fundamentally, a stupid thing to call a group of people you are desperately hoping will stay.
