Stutters,lower performance and wierd look in darktide adfter switching to a 9070xt

so i switched from a 3060ti to a 9070xt expecting a big boost in performance, but when i launched the game, it keeps saying it detects the new gpu but still puts lower settings?
then when i launch the game i cant find the right settings that give a stable high frame rate when i look online nd people are getting upwards of 200 wit hthe same setup i have.

32gb ram
AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT

9070XT gives me from 50 to 140 FPS at 4k depending on things, but in Linux it runs far better. I haven’t heard of anyone having a good time with AMD cards in this game, unfortunately
