Poor performance and sporadic GPU use and FPS. GPU usage will range from 98% to 60%. AMD System, 5700X3D, B550, 9070XT, 32GB DDR4 at 3200 and game is on an m.2 SSD. When the GPU usage drops the total board power drops, I have the Red Devil 9070xt at full power it gets up to 330w board power can drop under 100w in this gamge when the GPU usage drops. GPU usage is wors with FSR and frame generation are combined. Best performance i have found, limiting to 8 cpu cores, FSR qualit and no frame generation. Love the game it plays sloppy on PC. Sad it plays cleaner on my Xbox series X. My system is fully updated and plays other games with no issue, I have the june 2025 AMD drivers. I have tested the optional and full release.
