inorite, I really hope that’s in the cards to be added. 8) I think they could probably do a whole DLC with a new ranged weapon for every character. Maybe even more than one, honestly, cuz it’d make a lot of sense for Kerillian to get a javelin, they’re a common Asrai weapon.
About ranged weapons on a Warrior Priest, though - while I could see him getting some kind of holy spells, I don’t see any reason why Saltzy as a Warrior Priest couldn’t use ranged weapons. There’s no specific prohibition against them like there is for the Slayer.
He will use Dual Hammers

That’s definitely a must for a Warrior Priest of Sigmar.
One idea I had was to give him a Hammer and a holy book. The light attacks would swing the hammer, obviously, but the charged attack would make him recite a prayer with the book that makes his hammer glow with holy magic, giving it armor-piercing for a time. Very unusual, I know, but I think it’d be unique and interesting.

As other have said, a new character would be great, with convos, a bit of lore and all. Most importantly, it doesn’t need to have 3 careers, keep it single one and polished, and eventually make plans to develop it in V3.
As long as this condition is off the table, FS could make us very happy.

While I’d also like a new hero, I don’t think it would make sense business-wise to introduce a new hero just for this one carreer concept which would also be alot similar to a hero that already exists.

I think new characters only make sense if they offer something new in terms of gameplay.
If they don’t get weapons and/or abillitys that are very different to the ones we currently have i don’t really see a reason for a new char or carrier. That being said i dont know anything about the warhammer universe, so i have no clue if a warrior priest could have unique abbilitys or weapons.

Wait, what? I agree that the charge of Brettonian Grail knights is one of the most impressive things one can witness on the battlefield and Brettonia is one of my favorite factions. But all of that is irrelevant when it comes to Vermintide since the knight will be on foot. Plus we already have a knight-type character. I’d rather have something completely different from the careers we already have in the game.

Oh, absolutely! I totally feel you, @Angerblaze, but the whole super-soldier thing makes them a great fit for the Vermintide play-style (IMHO). I think, if I had the choice to have one, I’d take a Grail-Guardian over a Warrior-Priest (and then have them fill a very similar role). Honestly, anyone who is added with armor is going to be like Kruber so long as they can have a shield or a sword… I’d grab them more for the holy-knight thing, much like the Warrior-Priest but with different flavor.
Again, though, I totally get what you are saying and I agree. It’s less of me wanting something ‘unique’ and more me just being a head-over-heels fan for the Brettonians and I’ll admit to that up-front.
I think, either way, I still have hope that there is a new character released before they drop new careers for any characters (much like @SmokerT69 is saying).

I Just Watched The Stream , asked them about the Warrior Priest , It’s not happening , It’s not a Triple AAA Game . Topic Can Be Closed .
Well, that settles that. I guess this can also settle our hopes for a new hero. If a new carreer isn’t in because it’s not a AAA title, what are the odds of getting a whole new hero? Is sad day.
