I was finishing a match today and the as the rewards were shown at the end of the mission. The game servers seemed to go down and the above reward did not complete for some reason.
So, the game did not register the helmet reward.
KNOWN ISSUE: Penances Not Awarded After Disconnection/Crash, Despite Appearing in Steam Achievements
I have this issue too, same exact steps where the issue happened. So now we are stuck with permanently bugged 7/7 penance until fixed.

I did not receive my reward for “Mind over matter: As a psykinetic complete atleast one mission of each type” upon completion and getting past the reward screen. its now stuck at 7/7 in my penances and i cant receive it even redoing the mission that i was missing. Same applies to “Inquisitorial recruit” penance.

@FatsharkJulia When I was online last night, I noticed one had unlocked the Helmet, but it’s still not working for me. As I can also see there are many that are also experiencing the same issue. What is the current update on this, do we need to create new characters to get this unlock?
I also checked just now, and no unlocks still.

Same thing for me on Deadeye penance, did it last night but missed mission end due to server issues.
I’ve tried multiple times this morning to re-run the penance but doesn’t update during either the mission itself or mission end.

About Game Achievements: Cliffhanger: As the Psykinetic, kill 20 enemies within 2 seconds by knocking them off a ledge using your Ability.
I have completed this achievement, and the “obtained achievements and costumes” also appeared in the game, and steam also showed that they were completed. However, after I logged in the game again, both achievements and costumes did not exist, and the quantity prompt showed 20/20. I tried to make this achievement again and failed to succeed.

Was playing darktide as the zealot, and managed to get Abhor the Mutant complete. The server later in the same map disconnected us. When I checked I had the penance removed even though I saw the unlock for it in game. Now I am currently in the state where I have the steam achievement unlocked, but I cannot get the penance to unlock even after repeating the criteria for the penance. I currently am unable to get the unlockable armor for that penance as well

I managed to get the penance “Abhor the Mutant” but the game disbanded the party due to some error and took it away, I have the achievement on steam but not in game. I’ve also managed to repeat this penance about 5 times already but with no success on the penance completing, I’m convinced its glitched at this point. It was achieved November 17 2022 at 10:36PM the mission closed due to the error shortly after.

I just completed warp battery on heresy since it isn’t tracking my malice attempts. It’s showing 300/300 seconds but I havent recieved the reward.

Just did it again, heresy difficulty, mission failed much farther after completion this time and still no reward or notification.
Met criteria again, but no unlock attained.
Issue Description: Unlocked the “Abhor the Charger” achievement on Steam but it didn’t count towards the penance.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play as Zealot
- Queue into the match with 3 other friends
- Find a lone Mutant
- Beat it down enough so you can kill him with special
- When mutant starts to charge, use your dashing special, deal a killing blow with melee attack.
- Finish the match
- Achievement pops up after loading back to the hub area

Did the match finish correctly? Were there no connection issues or crashes during it? Most of the time this issue happens it’s because you did the thing (which steam registers the moment you do it) but the game fails to properly communicate it to our servers.
