We are aware of and investigating the hot_join_party_hub_failed / Error Code: 4001 being reported.

It should be noted that we do not support IPv6-only networks at this time.

Issue Description:
I finished a mission and afterwards it kicked me back to character selection due to a connection failure.

I tried to reconnect as my only character at the time (Veteran Sharpshooter named “Sebrent”) but I got the message “Failed joining server: hot_join_party_hub_failed”.

I continue to get this error when trying to login with my Sharpshooter.

I created a second character (Psyker named “Sebrent”) and it is able to login to the hub just fine.

While in the hub as my Psyker, I clicked to swap to a different agent. I chose my Veteran Sharpshooter and again got the message “Failed joining server: hot_join_party_hub_failed”.

I tried restarting the game and I still get that same message as well if I try to play as my Veteran Sharpshooter.

Unknown. Occurred after some connection failure after successfully completing a mission and now I cannot play as my Veteran Sharpshooter.

Same issue with my zealot as well.

Changing characters and playing with my ogryn is ok. Did a mission as ogryn, switched back to zealot and again the same issue.

I was in a mission with my Zealot and at the end of the game i got an error due to the update i believe. Afterwards Zealot simply doesn’t work.

I just logged back in at 3:10PM CST (Central US) as my Veteran Sharpshooter and it is now working again.

I finished the prologue and now i can´t join the game.
Every time i try, it say´s “Failed Joining Server: hot_join_party_hub_failed”
my friend´s can´t wait to play it with me but it won´t work no matter what I do.

can someone help me to fix it?

I’m having the same issue just now. After I logged in I was presented with this same error code. Any idea when this will be fixed or anything I can do to resolve this?

Good job renaming the “hot_join_party_hub_failed” into “Error Code 4001”
Usind a vpn can´t be a solution for this game. besides that vpn isn´t doin the job for me too.

Getting the same Error Code 4001. No response either. You would think that if they can label it, they should have some idea. Weird hey? Their communication is subpar.
