I know some of these errors shown are due to having an old windows version, such as a insider/preview version. In those cases I recommend to update windows.

I’ve been getting this error on my Xbox Series X, have re-downloaded and have hard-restarted my console numerous times, to no avail. Is there any fix for this yet at all, seeing as this has been an ongoing issue since April?
do you get it on startup? I would assume this means your disk is not healthy.
google the error and you will find posts such as these. https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/fix-disk-io-error/ But these are for windows.
Are you using external storage device or the internal storage?

Hello to anyone still having this error. Recently I upgraded to a different video card, motherboard and processor and had constant errors, but only in Darktide. I tried many games including GTA IV, MW5 Mercenaries and some even older titles like Rogue Trooper, all worked just fine.
I tried SO many things, and it was getting on my f*ckin’ nerves! =/
Then I found the video linked below, and followed the instructions in it. Windows said it found errors and then fixed them, and after a restart, everything was sorted.
It clearly wasn’t Darktide, but something to with a file or something similar which Darktide uses in Windows, as it is now as smooth as gravy ; p
