I can second this. Seems to be whenever trying to connect to The Mourning Star. So it happens when logging in, after finishing a mission, and when existing the Psykhanium. If you spam logging in you can get in eventually, but it can take anywhere from 5+ to 20+ attempts, if not more. Restarted s…
