Subject: Request for Technical Information to Access Mouningstar Servers
Dear Support Team,
I am a user from Russia and have been unable to access Mouningstar properly for the past three evenings. Currently, the furthest I can reach is the character selection screen. When attempting to connect without a VPN, I receive Error 2014, and when using a VPN, I receive Error 3013.
Earlier today, in the very late night or early morning hours, I managed to access the game via VPN by switching server locations (Poland) and completed one mission. However, the same configuration no longer works.

Internet connection: wired (no router; the provider’s network cable is connected directly to my PC’s network port) (MTS, Tambov Oblast)

I kindly request technical information regarding the IP addresses of the game servers, or any other relevant network data, so that I can contact either my ISP (MTS, static IP service enabled) or my VPN provider (AmneziaVPN) with precise details. This information will allow me to troubleshoot and attempt to regain access to the game.
