Psyker talent "Mettle" is broken since update

The Psyker's Talent Mettle does not trigger correctly

Issue Type (Required): Talents Issue Description (Required): After testing, the Psyker’s staff Purgatus and Trauma’s right-click attacks were unable to trigger this talent. On Electrokinetic staff, Warp Flurry stacks slows down the rate at which you can chain right mouse button charged attacks

Issue Type (Required): Player Mechanics Issue Description (Required): On Electrokinetic staff, Warp Flurry stacks slows down the rate at which you can chain right mouse button charged attacks. The more stacks you have (up to 3), the more time it takes before a Left click can fire your charged attack. Bug: Warp Flurry breaks Surge Staff charged attack speed

Issue Type (Required): Loadouts Issue Description (Required): The earliest possible release of the secondary attack of surge staff with warp flurry is bugged after recent unlocked&loaded patch. Adding Warp Flurry to Surge Staff decreases the fastest attack speed (earliest possible release of charge) of the secondary charged attack.
