On Electrokinetic staff, Warp Flurry stacks slows down the rate at which you can chain right mouse button charged attacks

On Electrokinetic staff, Warp Flurry stacks slows down the rate at which you can chain right mouse button charged attacks. The more stacks you have (up to 3), the more time it takes before a Left click can fire your charged attack. On top of that, the Celerity Stim slows it down even more, with almost a full second after the charge meter is full before a left click fires a charged attack.

Spamming charged lightning staff attacks are quicker WITHOUT Warp flurry, which shouldn’t affect attack rate at all, since Warp Flurry should only affect how quickly the meter charges.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Enter mission or Psykhanium with Elecrokinetic staff with Warp Flurry Blessing
  2. With zero Warp flurry stacks, use Right mouse button to charge attack.
  3. While keeping right mouse button down, use left click to release attack as quick as possible.
  4. Repeat steps 2-3 to build up Warp flurry stacks, while using left click to release the attack as quick as possible
  5. Observe, the release of the attack loses correlation between the when you left click and when the attack happens as the release of the charged attack is delayed more with every stack.
