When the Electrokinetic Force Staff has 3 layers of warp flurry buffs, the charging attack must be fully charged to strike.Pressing the left button in advance does not respond. Switching weapons at this time will cause the charge attack to disappear.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Go to psykanium with an Electrokinetic staff has Warp Flurry.
Get 3 layer warp flurry buff.
In this instance,the charging attack must be fully charged to strike.
