Psyker Staff Blessings not working as expected

Issue Description: I’ll call out the Warp Flurry blessing on any Force Staff, however multiple blessings do not work as expected. Warp Flurry does not actually decrease charge time (I checked by counting frames on a recording, always identical), and Sustained Fire only works on primary fire. Considering some blessings are inredibly difficult to test I imagine more do not work as well.

This has been tested in the meatgrinder, but also over dozens of missions.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Psyker
  2. Equip a staff w/ Warp flurry blessing
  3. Load into mission or meatgrinder
  4. Repeatedly fire secondary fire while holding down right mouse button
  5. Staff does not charge faster

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here
