yes they’re imperial citizens. They might be scum, but they’re OUR scum. Its like when marvel has the Joker beat up ISIS or whatever or Dr Doom cry about 9/11.
Also the Water Cartel (who the ganger used to be part of judging from the default outfit) is currently having a war with the heretics. Imperial forces make common cause with underhive criminals all the time.
I’ve no doubt an alliance could be made between them but I just wondered if they could actually be called ‘loyalists’. It was more of a nerdy technical curiosity than anything else lol
Of course they can, as long as they fight against the heretics. Gangers on Armageddon fought orks, gangers in the ghost books fought Chaos. Thats the fun with 40k. Humanity has all of its normal intraspecies conflict, but there’s always a bigger badder problem to solve where we can come together to slap the baddies down 
seems more of a personal definition of what you would call loyalist. I would say yes because they are fighting the big C with us. But if you define a loyalist as someone who doesn’t commit crimes or anything then no.
I would define a loyalist as someone loyal to big E.
I imagined Hive Gangers couldn’t give a hoot about Big E but I could be wrong there.
Plenty of canonical gangs with reverence for the emperor. And you have to keep in mind 40k is a universe where religion and “God” are real, tangible, and affect your every day life. Its hard out there for the atheist ganger.

i think there is plenty of reasons in the 40k hobby space, gaming hobby space, and real world to mention a specific fact like that. It was relevant to the conversation & done in good faith as the author has explained multiple times to you. If you take offense to being told that some women of color were able to become successful gangsters I think its a personal problem.
My big gripe on aesthetics is it using the humie model again. Giving them a bulkier body for both men and women would have been fitting, I think, and broken up the monotony of everyone having the same build and body type save the ogryn.

Exactly. This was extremely disappointing. It’s ability will be holding 3 injectables and injecting them all at once like that guy on predator 2 that snorts the drugs and goes berserk. Lol
Besides the mask I honestly LOVE the look of that cosmetic. Like genuinely one of the better designs in darktide. Im all for that duster coat/jacket look and if they keep it up I see Scum having some of the best cosmetics
