Do you feel there’s more delay between your input vs action on screen in recent times than before?
It seems that way to me, with no updates, no changes or new mods added. Wondering if anyone else observed the same with their game.

Not really, even with my funny 300 ping there is not much of the delay, which is very impressive

Yes I feel like disconnection and general network jank has gotten a bit worse in the last 2-3 weeks. I’m in UK. My home connection is FTTP and fast AF so it’s not my end.

i ask because im still on the old copper wire to the exchange BT system and its perfect for me.
its not as simple as having high download Bandwidth = good connection , gaming doesnt need much actual bandwidth what it really needs is an upload connection that has a high tick rate , good rooting (low ping) and no packet loss , things connections often sacrifice to get high bandwidths.
Darktide seems to be very demanding see lots of people with issues , but its not the servers or patch the issues would be a lot wider , its far from a conclusive test because if things are bad they will still fail but if you run though a private sedition game and see if its any better. but odds are theres some node between you and the backbone thats having issues or the isp is shaping traffic in a way that DT doesnt like.

weapon reload and switch seem to have a longer delay than usual the last couple weeks or so.
sometimes even refuse to split-second switch at all.
latency between 20-50 usually, no packet loss i can see (ping mod usually gives color indication of overall connection quality)

No I swear by BT and had FTTP preinstalled when the property was built. Got something silly like 900mbps
Only noticed the extra flakiness in the last couple weeks or so. Nothing major but dropping out and having to rejoin. Doesn’t happen very regular but more than it used to.
I had one instance of sticky weapon swap yesterday but thats about it
I’ve been feeling it, but I’m also using the new shotgun, which has some really janky lockout issues with other actions.
it’s never input lag for me, it’s the game becoming a stuttering mess after updates. not every time but whenever a patch or something drops it’s basically a gamble of whether or not i’ll be able to play.
that sounds more like shader issues , there should be a way to delete them and have it re cache them.
heh i get 56mbps on a good day 
so it takes me a day to dl a game but the connections good for playing when the DL actually finishes at least
sounds like you might have a minor fault on a local node unless it gets worse 6-9 pm then it could be traffic shaping but i haven’t seen BT do that for like 25 years now.
I don’t think the issue is my isp at all. I feel it’s game related as everything else functions just fine.
Have you tried the weapon switch mod if you’re on pc?
Yes this is pretty noticeable after patches and wished there was better ways to fix it
Definitely an increase in ghost hits/weapon swaps not working. I get at least 10 ghost hits per game now and around 3-5 weapon swaps not working per game. I mained a Veteran for 400 hours solely using a lasgun and NEVER encountered a ghost hit. All of a sudden, no clue if it was one of their patches or they just straight up downgraded their servers but ghost hits and weapon swap issues are a very, very prevalent issue now.
