Any time the evening comes, despite ping to the server being the same, the game gets extreme lag and desync (floating mobs etc).
What service/data/network do we need to petition an ISP to whitelist to try and make this better ?

I’ve noticed something similar, but it’s difficult to say if it’s correlation or causation because it bad during the day sometimes too.
check also your home network, i had issues with wifi routers provided by ISP, their signal was so weak that any baby minitors, toy drones or microwave oven were causing big packetloss.
changing router to own (asus has good ones) nakes 100x better reliability of signal

We’re aware some players are having problems during peak hours. Optimisation is a continual process, and we’re making improvements in this area where we can!
Well. It’s totally unplayable right now beginning from 6pm here.
Any time a horde pop ups the game desyncs etc.
