Look, there is a difference between being feminine, being attractive, and being worn and grizzled. There might be some overlap, but if they give the female heads and faces male proportion heads and style features, its just going to be bad.

Yes female faces are ratchet, but no1 wants to talk about the voices from a couple of them feeling out of place and cringe, like a 13 year old boy larping and failing hard.
You’ve a very decent amount of voices for every class and gender. Most games only offer 1-2 voices for only the 2 genders. In tide we’ve 3 for not only the gender but every class.
And from what i’ve played, at least from female side of things, every class has at least 1 voice with very good voice acting. Most notably the zealot from the trailer, emperor’s fury burns within her veins.
This is the problem - there are pretty and ugly ppl in 40k and we should be able to create pretty and ugly ppl - so if roughly half the male and female faces could be considered pretty and the other half ugly everything would be fine. If however there only is one pretty female face than all who prefer their character to be pretty choose the same face - that breaks immersion and is boring and as that outcome was quite obvious it also was a stupid design decision.
What’s funny is that what people keep posting as the “prettiest” face is one of the more masculine looking options lol, it’s just also the youngest looking.
