Fatal Error!

I keep trying to launch the game, I can get past the launcher, the title sequence, and once I press ‘space’ to continue, the game loads and is met with a “Fatal Error!” It states that I have not enough memory and to shut down all other applications before launching again. But even when I do, I get hit with the same error.

I’ve downloaded the game on my 560 GB free hard drive, and my 1.5 t free external hard drive, both are hit with the same issue.
