Extremely long load times!

Hi there,

Went to reinstall this game the other day, downloaded via steam and installed, and it takes forevvvver to get in. I get the Taals Keep loading screen for 5+ minutes, then I get a black screen the the Skaven symbol in the bottom right spinning.

It is installed on a SDD, 8700k, MSI 1070, and 16 gigs of ram. I updated to Nvidias current February drivers, still had the issue, and rolled back a version because the new drivers were affecting other games.

Currently running an integrity check on the files via steam.

Any ideas?

Unfortunately I’m not quite sure what could be causing this, are you perhaps able to install on to another drive? I appreciate this isn’t always an option.
