Issue Description:
Crash immediately after the start

I have tried various options to avoid crashes.

  1. Verify Integrity of Game Files
    One file was downloaded by steam.
  2. Delete Darktide AppData

I did this but it changed nothing.
Theses chrashes came out of nowhere. The game was running perferctly fine until it froze at around 22 PM during mission loading screen. Since then nothing works anymore.

There seems to be some interference from Discord, perhaps a Discord mod? Discord Rich Presence is one I know of.

Could you try launching with it disabled for experimental purposes?

Thank you very much, this solved my problem.

I was using a mod called DiscordRichPresence.

After reinstalling the game the crash persisted but after deleting this mod it runs perfectly fine again.
