Constantly getting error 4008 when trying to log in since patch

Game was working fine this morning, and any day before that.
Ever since patch dropped, I’m unable to log in on any of my characters, as I keep getting error 4008 ‘unable to join server’.

Disabled all my mods, removed mods files, checked integrity of the files (was fine) and then un-installed & re-installed.

Sorry to hear this.

Do you use a VPN? If so, could you please try disabling it.

Does the issue persist after restarting your PC?

Also, what region are you playing from? and which ISP do you use?

Hi, thanks for the quick reply,
I do not use a VPN, I haven’t tried restarting my computer but I will now. I’m from Europe (France specifically if that helps) and my ISP is Free.

Tried restarting, it didn’t help, still getting error 4008 every time I try to join.

Here’s one of the console log. Can’t provide a crash report since I just get the error message but game doesn’t crash.

Hello, Same issue, same ISP (Free)
Been playing Daily before the Patch without issues.
Reboot, File integrity check, nothing helps.

Tried with my shared phone network (mobile).
Same error.

Same problem here in Paris, i tried everything and always error 4008

same here, from paris using Free…
i was able to connect and play using an other internet service provider !!

Have you tried restarting your router?

Looks like Free is the origin of the problem … A friend of mine suffer the same fate having Free as his ISP.

From France and ISP Free too.

i have exactly the same issue. I got the update and i can’t join the server (error code 4008). I live in france (paris) and my ISP is Free aswell.

ok so i tried with the shared connection on my phone and it worked. My room mate have the same issue.
changing dns? i’m sorry i don’t know what it is or how to do it (i’m a noob i know). Is there a fix coming soon?
