Network crash 4008 for each mission (Free, France)

Issue Description:
Each time I try to access a game (after creating the character in prolog), the game will show an error 4008 and refuse to let me join the servers.
I’ve tried everything I find here and on other websites (changing my DNS, disable IPv6, purging DNS, no VPN, verify all the files).
I’ve come to the conclusion it is because I use Free as a ISP in France (Paris). Same issues for a lot of people on the 11/22/2022, 12/22/2022 and 03/24/2023 (KNOWN ISSUE: Crashing Since Latest Update - #9 by GreenLegRyu).
Might also be from the last updates from the recent posts on the Network category.

First time playing the game yesterday, version 1.0.52.

Unplayable outside of prologue.
