Network crashes

Issue Description:
In the game I got multiple errors and network crashes. I don’t know if there is any crossplay but my issues started after the xbox release. Befor that I had no issues.

2007, 2014, 3001, 3014 (random)

the Game don’t crash, the Gams stops playing and i can sometimes reconnect and sometimes not. but the game stays active

Mij Internet provider is KPN .

I had contact with them and they see no problems in the network. I had al the staps for a better connection and WiFi . changing WiFi channels. Port FW. Firewall permissions. Virus protection off, firewall off, empty chases , changing 2.4 ghz tot 5 ghz and back again. ect, ect. But nothing seems to work.

The game crash, stays active, Go back to the home screen, ask if I want to reconnect the game, Than it crashes 2 or 3 times more with code 3001 and 3014 and finaly it reconnect the game. This happend multiple times in one game. sometimes 2x and sometimes 6x

The probs started after the cross-play was released. Before that I did not had a single issue :grimacing:

Another error pops up… 1001 and 1011.
still multiple errors 3007 3006 3011 3014. Game is unplayable.

Are you able to try connecting your PC to a mobile hotspot for a short period, only to see if the issues persist?

I understand this isn’t always an option but can help in isolating the issue.

I took your advice and the problem was unsolved.
So i try some changes in the video property’s.

in Fullscreen mode the problem was still there.
in borderless window and window mode the problem was gone.
I played the game for a couple of days in borderless Fullscreen and the problem is still gone.
The moment I switch to Full screen mode, the problems are back.

Ideally one that corresponds with when you’ve used Fullscreen, and one where you haven’t!

I leave it this way. I played a couple of days in the Borderless full screen mode and did not have any problems. Thanks for the support
