Connectivity Issues Since the Season 2 Release

The lags I experience: Either lost contact to the host and ironically it tries to connect to my other friend in the session which never works. I just cancel and rejoin also losing all my stats.

Then there is the case of enemies stop moving. In this case I block and hope for the game to catch up quickly. Can take several seconds. And then there is the case of magnetic enemies which kinda fly in my direction and then hit me… which got me by surprise.

Furthermore i have to add we increased difficulty up to Legend by now and it seems with each difficulty increase the issue happens more often. It maybe only my perception.

Started playing this year.
Maybe you could find the issue? Disconnects and lags out of nowhere and I checked my connection. I am fine on third party voice chat and do not see any disconnects on my Internet. Not in the same region as the host but after playing games for years with the same people it would surprise me if this was the issue.

I noticed the lags seem to be more often if you are not from the same region as the host but this could be totally linked to the responsetimes. So it is a very wild guess.

I launch the official realm (on steam) and I get a loading screen then it says: “Cannot connect to game server. Please try again”

Connection timeouts when trying to join friend’s, cannot join custom games.
Temporary workaround with constantly restarting my computer, but it boots me midway through the level with a connection drop (I’m in a call in Discord and it’s still active through this).

I have avast protection, tried disabling the firewall/allowing Vermintide 2 through the firewall to no avail.

My “Sign-In Timeout” errors are happening again. It seems to be a daily occurrence. I have verified files, flushed DNS, rebooted the router, etc. Speedtest’ing shows that I have low ping, and high throughput (~380dn/40up). I can see that others are playing successfully right now in Steam.

I was able to play earlier today, I believe, but since this afternoon, no chance. Last time, I was able to remedy this by rebooting the machine, but that doesn’t feel like a proper fix-- but I also recognize that this doesn’t seem to be a very widespread problem.

Constant “Disconnected from host” messages, 9 out of 10 games fail with this message. Wanted to post so that this topic doesn’t get closed in 7 days. Would hate for the Devs to keep adding trash DLC while not addressing the play-ability of the game.

I keep getting the “back end” error thing that immediately kicks me out of the game with no away around the prompt. This really stinks considering I had some really good runs ruined by this.

PlayStation 4 connection issues. Unable to login to a lobby/Hub and (as well as host own game) if able to log in, booted back to the main menu within seconds or minutes. Cannot even start a mission or anything. A very sad time to be playing right now :frowning:
Yes internet connection is fine and I use a wired connection as well.

This is my console log, game crashed and shows server error, bad way or something like that, it starts after last update

I am having the Signin Timeout error, every day it stays for propably 8h and with some luck i can enter the game ( it crashes mostly after a few hours) but i have no way of fixing this error, i tryed all tipps but nothing helps it just keeps coming every day

i am always losing connection to host and then getting kicked from the game - never an issue until the last week or so.

bump - the game is unplayable cause of this, i cannot join any games without disconnecting from host. please help.

I have the Problem that every time I start te game it launches normally but then i get a connection Error that says I timed out while connecting. I even reinstalled the Game and could one game but after that one game I loaded a VERY VERY long time and then closed the game. Then I started the game again and got the same Error as before.

Having connection issues, started last night when I finished a game and at the end of the loot screen.
Keep getting a Backend Error: Recv_Error

My game kept saying connectivity error. I got a game in later on but next game, it gave me the same reason about connectivity with server.

Has this issue been resolved? I am getting the same sever connection errors as everyone else. I’ve bought the game 2 days ago and I’ve played 3 games so far. Each one so laggy it’s practically unplayable (up to 2 second delays between action/reaction). I hope you’ll fix it soon.

Game is currently unplayable. I keep getting disconnected from the host after 5 minutes of playing every single time no matter who is hosting. It’s been happening all day.
