Cap at 30 FPS

Issue Description:
I am cap at 30 fps with all graphics setting in low inside the mourningstars.
My config :
GPU : RTX 3070
CPU : I7 11700k
RAM : 32 Gb DDR4 3200 MHz

This isn t my original game setting but i lower everything when i see i was cap at 30 FPS or lower
without succes …

Is your FPS capped in the NVIDIA Control Panel?

NVIDIA Control Panel → ‘Manage 3D settings’ → ‘Max Frame Rate’

No, as you can see …
i don t think it is really a software cap from somewhere it is like a performance issue
I muss say i didn t touch the NVIDIA control panel a lot so if you know is there a value to change that will affect my FPS in game

I’ve discussed this with my colleagues, and we suspect Vsync is resulting in your FPS being locked to 30.
