Yeah the CM team in general has been on point and I believe they do their best to pass up issues and provide needed data and feedback. At the end of the day how far it gets taken is unfortunately dependent on management and even if devs and cms want to do something it needs to likely be approved on multiple levels.

What they wrote was unjust, unfair, and downright rude.
You are an amazing CM, and we all appreciate you, as well as the other CMs who have showed us kindness and patience on the forums, Discord, and Reddit.
People have the right to be dissatisfied with the company, Fatshark, and how it handles things, but it is never acceptable to “punch down” on the workers.

If I’m being honest, while I appreciate the effort to make it up to us I still feel that we should be getting at least “SOME” aquilas with this “reward” to make it up 100%
Personally, I’d be happy with Vanguard reward + 3000 aquilas
If you think about it, we got 2500 for the same version that gave Xbox players 14000 so if we get this reward + 3000 aquilas then our difference is 8500 aquilas. 9500 aquilas is the normal edition for xbox player with game pass (I think?).
tldr;
(3000 aquilas + Vanguard cosmetics) + (2500 aquilas for Imperium Edition on PC) = 14000 aquilas
Vanguard cosmetics I’d say around 8500-9500 worth of aquilas since you “buy them all in a super bundle, not separate”

Ok man, I’m not at all willing to give Fatshark leadership any benefit of the doubt. They can only screw a perfectly good pooch so many times before they’ve lost my goodwill.
But Catfish has actually been alright. Is she allowed to do her job? No, absolutely not, not as publicly stated, but she does the best with what little they give her and she’s a far sight better than anybody else we’ve had in here save Aqshy, who I would call on par.
