The piece he’s talking about is one where both the CEO and studio heads were downplaying the real problems Darktide has.

Been providing feedback since Vermintide, and I’m tired of going through this cycle of being ignored, then grudgingly vindicated by the dev’s as time goes on and the problems become apparent to more of the community forcing a change/fix. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, its my dumb***'s fault and I won’t be made a fool again and you’ve lost my goodwill.

This sounds very reasonable to me. A fan whose been with this studio since the Vermintide days is airing his complete disillusionment after that PR piece, a piece, I must say, was ridiculous; and remember that was after that other interview where the CEO gave an embarrassing excuse for MTX. So far, these are the only two instances where management engaged with the community after Darktide’s release and, for lack of a better word, they’ve been unsatisfactory for the community. Besides that, communication from them has been silent with Community Manager being used a middle man to rely information.

See this nuance is important as the context of it explains the thread’s purpose and why the user is upset. More importantly, the user isn’t requesting for the developer to, and I quote,“collapse under a building fire” - see how silly this sounds when you review the material in which this is targeted at.
