Some these are really just weapon attachment seriously increase zoom as a Blessing, no thanks i have something callled a Telescopic Sight, it called a scope and it round with Lenses and More advance ones are Called auspex scopes, these one ahve thing like Data Projections, Distances and Wind Calacuatons built into them. (it belongs on the Long-las, the M36 Lasgun, tripleX lasgun, RYZA and Lucius Hotshot lasgun, the Hotshot marksman rifle).
Hotshot- is a Ammunition type and shouldn’t be a Blessing. Hotshot Rounds belong on 2 weapons catagories, Long-las and Hotshot-Weaponry (Marksman rifle, lasgun, Vollygun and Pistol). Now i have posted in the pass about these weapons and how one could implement them. but this is not It, a blessing on Weakspot hit gain Peneration of Enemies. isn’t good enough and it only effects one weapon which is the Lucius which is in realilty a higher charge but Less relible. Lasgun, as Steve Loyd’s book put it. the Kantreal and bascially any standard Lasgun can use hotshot issue, but it does destroy the barrel faster and does damage the weapon’s internal faster for using them.
fatshark please don’t do this. some of it Makes sense but other parts of it doesn’t.
for those who are wondering on how one could do Hotshot weaponary. here just an ideal for each of them.
Hotshot-Weaponry: exclusive for Temepstus Scions/Karskin/Stormtroopers (if they have a storm trooper Branch of the skill tree then it should lock out most if not all the ‘common’ weaponary allowing use of Temepstus Scions/Karskin/Stormtroopers exclusive weaponary).
3 Varaints, Cadian Lucius and Ryza. Lucius and Ryza have scopes and Cadian should have a 3 round burst. damage and firing rate is dependent on variant. Ammo should be between 250-500 rounds ammunition isn’t avalible through ammo can/stashes/ Boxes. instead to repesant that it requires a high level energy your weapon recharges at Medicare Stations. so to balance. it special is Righteous fire which for a period of time 5-10 seconds. where ammunition is cost per shot is firing but each shot adds a stack of Burn. it damage is equivlant to a standard lasgun (MG XII) and it applied to all armour types (Flak,Unarmoured and Carapace), with Overpeneration occcurs on Unarmoured and Flak, but there is little to No Supression. (that for the Hotshot vollygun).
Hotshot-pistol, same as above. but lets be honest their should be a secondary slot.
or in combination with a melee weapon.
Hotshot-marksman rifle: the Hotshot marksman Rifle is an upgraded Long-las. it has 5 shots per Mag with total ammunition of 50. your Special action, is a Super shot which sacrifices all ammunition for a 100% penetration of all targetss and ignores cover. while the standard shot is like the MG-XII dmamge (100-125ish to all targets) but over pens completely. it balaned due to the amount of ammuntion and lacking in suppression compared to other classes weapons. (this should be made up with the Hotshot vollygun).
Hotshot Vollygun, Take it as an Ult base weaponry with something like 15 secounds of Fire, heavy suppression just like Dawi Crankgun. but with Lasers instead. Over pen, low-damage and penetrations of Flak and Unarmoured. Downside is it takes 45-60 secounds to charge Back up.
