Zealot build help

They did give correct info.
Higher quality items grant more mastery xp. It is just not so much more, that it would be efficient to fully consecrate an item that you intend to sacrifice.

The situation is sad indeed.
I hope you learned from this, that you should always spend a few minutes to inform yourself, before commiting to spend large amounts of time, money or ressources on anything.

You do, but it’s such a negligible amount that it’s more cost-efficient to just buy straight from Brunt the weapon type you want to sacrifice and then upgrade them all to green before shoving it into the Hadron grinder. Imperibux are much easier to farm than Plasteel and Diamantine.

I fell for the bait of consecrating to orange at first too, don’t sweat too much about it. It hardly impacted my wallet overall and I’ve got every mastery at 20 now, hard part was grinding dockets.

Well it was bugged the first few days where greens gave the same as orange ones. Now they give less. But the difference doesn’t warrant the materials spent.

Now I remember why I blocked you before. F*** know why I thought to unblock you. Condescending and nasty at every opportunity.

Get a good old laugh.

wait greens XP is fixed now? didnt see a thing about this in notes, probably i missed it then ig

It was a stealth fix. I remember them giving 11k roughly, but a few days later they never gave more than 7-8k. There was nothing about this in any patchnote ever.

I’d automatically fully mastered about 80% of weapons when it released so I didn’t pursue the rest at that time unfortunately. I wasn’t bothered as I didn’t use the other weapons.

Only now I’ve finished all penances other than weapons so thought I’d smash through them.

Well, a moment in silence for your plasteel.

On the bright side: Once you master all weapons and regularily play all currency and crafting mats become virtually worthless.

Dockets is the easy bit for me.

I had 20m of them before starting this charade a day ago. Now I have just over 17m.

It’s plasteel that’s painfully hard to top up especially as many other players often leave the plasteel in the missions.

Man I’m so deflated right now.

just drop difficultly. lots of people check every corner farming mats in regular t4/5.

people tend to refuse to loot no matter the difficulty for whatever reason

slightly dying inside anytime a pubbie runs past a chest

That’s why playing a speedy build or weapon is always the most convenient. You can loot everything and still be in the thick of it.

If you want something done you always have to do it yourself sadly

Upgrading past green gives massively diminishing returns, only costs 100 plasteel to get to green and it gives almost the same xp as a gold weapon which takes 1.5k plasteel

as a new player, the worst is when they walk right past a large stash and i have to follow up behind them just to pick it up. then you know you cant rely on them to pick up anything from seperate paths so you’re forced to double back sometimes.

Sadly I’m realising this only after 200k plasteel is gone. I’m quite upset.

The UI should have a note recommending green weapons as the most efficient if they aren’t going to grant much higher xp for higher tiered weapons as is expected.

Tried a build much closer to this and it already feels much better, thanks!

The keystones are a trap! Lol

Supra is right, IJ is superior for low dodge distance weapons (and weapons overall)

what

The person I replied to offered a build that didn’t have a keystone. I’ve tried a very similar build and it works much better than my previous build (which can be seen in my OP).
