Yeah this isn’t exactly the worst cosmetic shop I’ve ever seen but that bar is pretty low and people should be stressed out this gets anywhere near it.
15 for a single set is kind of nuts especially now that they are reusing parts of older sets as well as some things still having the same error with clipping.
I think the excuse of “we wanted another layer of currency so we can give it away for free during events and things” excuse has worn pretty thin (for reference Warframe which is free 2 play gives out platinum packs and other stuff every dev stream pretty much every week).
The rotating FOMO store is a terrible format and being cynical since the system doesn’t deserve the benefit of the doubt I think it’s there to make people have to potentially blow money multiple times on essentially the same thing (with the steel legion gear for example) and try to cover up some of the very blatant reskins.
Like you want to sell a stupid little reskin cosmetic for a dollar or 2.50? Sure, fine, it’s clearly a stop gap but 15 bucks for essentially an existing item with a slight modification and a new coat of paint when you have all of warhammer 40k to draw from?
Come on man.

Even worse is they charge these prices while only creating the armor for the male body base. So every female just gets their body swapped to male for all cosmetics. Why even have a second body type when this is the treatment they get? That’s rhetorical as it’s obviously so they only have to do half the work.
The skins are lazy, the reskins are lazy… and add in all the bugs and it just stinks of pump it out as fast as possible, players be damned.
Shame on you FS.

I bought Ogryn cheetah pants because it was way too perfect for the look I was going for but most of this stuff is wildly overpriced for what it is. Don’t plan to drop another dime on any of it as the current price point. Kind of amazes me it’s as successful as it is. And judging by how many randos I see in premium outfits it is pretty damn successful.

I’m almost surprised at the volume of complaints about cash shop cosmetics on forums. That leads me to believe that people are spending too much money for FS to care about few disgruntlers.
He/she kinda does have some control over it.
I see more complaints about the store’s limited selection and awfully slow rate of getting actually new stuff from people who want to buy but can’t missed what they wanted it or waiting for leaks to finally come out.
Tldr the store is so bad that people that will engage with it aren’t because it’s handled so poorly.

Stop complaining and just don’t buy anything. It’s your own fault they get away with this whole affair if you keep giving them money.
